CIC (Chaos in Control) is a Wrexham-based Acoustic Duo specializing in acoustic performances. Our journey began with a shared love for music and a desire to bring joy to our audiences through live entertainment. Covering a wide range of songs from the 70s to the present day, we pride ourselves on our performance, versatility and engaging performances. No need for backing tracks; Gez uses a Live guitar loop pedal (similar to Ed Sheeran) to layer tracks, whilst Amy brings the beat with a stomp box.
We cover various songs spanning the years, from Dolly Parton to Adele, Tom Petty to Newton Faulkner and the Beatles to Oasis. No matter the occasion, CIC is the perfect choice. As much as we love to see a dancefloor filled with energetic dancers, we also enjoy the chilled performances, which showcase our versatility in adapting our playing style and song interpretation to provide a raw and vulnerable 'acoustic sound', creating the perfect sound for a wedding breakfast or first dance.
